Why Liberated Daughters?

Our mission is to cultivate a global sisterhood that empowers women of the Afro-diaspora through a deep connection to spiritual wisdom, cultural heritage, and holistic healing. We aim to create transformative spaces where women can heal from generational wounds, reclaim their inherent power, and nurture their bodies, minds, and spirits. By fostering community networks rooted in ancestral traditions, we support personal growth, self-love, and collective resilience. Our vision is to inspire liberated women who embody freedom in health, wealth, relationships, and mindset, while uplifting one another to thrive in every aspect of life. Meet Our Hosts

Daja Serenidad

Daja is a medicine woman creating music that heals and expands upon the frequency of Serenity. She stewards a piece of land that she purchased in 2022 in the rural Osa Península of Costa Rica where she has a farm project called Finca Serenidad. On her Finca Daja hosts retreats, ceremonies, welcomes volunteers, and she lives there full-time off the grid building from the ground up, relearning ancestral skills and indigenous wisdom.

Daja Serenidad is a musician, healer, and wild woman who has been living in Costa Rica since she was 21 years old. Through her platform Find Serenity, Daja curates inner child healing retreats, activations, and workshops and she is passionate about healing long-held childhood wounds in herself and within the collective through meditation, mindfulness and the elements.

Estonia Elizabeth

Estonia Elizabeth has lived in the CR jungle since 2018 and has built an incredible network within the community of Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. Freebirthing both of her children, she has rooted herself as a powerful mother wildly raising her cubs through strong intuition & ancestral guidance. Her unique knowledge, charisma, wisdom of the land, background in psychology/inner child healing & ceremonial plant medicine guidance has provided her with the skills needed to facilitate customized retreats just for you. As a Kenyan Indigenous woman, her mission has always remained to empower the ancestral gift of remembrance.

Igniting the self awareness, self healing & self empowering ability of each individual who chooses this path. Centering on holding a safe & sacred space of joy, reconnection to self & Mother Nature, inspiration & well-being.

De’yanna Seoul

De’yanna Seoul is a Transformational Spiritualist, Mother, Sister, and Healer. As a multidisciplinary artist, she weaves her love for spoken word, choreography, and music into powerful visual storytelling. Her practice is deeply rooted in holistic healing, ancestral rituals, and ceremonial plant medicines, offering effective tools for personal and spiritual transformation. De’yanna holds sacred spaces for women and youth, founder of Village of Mothers as well as contributing to organizations like Justice for Black Girls, Love Activists, Educare, and Black Women for Wellness, all with a strong focus on postpartum care, mental health and wellness.

For over four years, De’yanna has guided women from diverse backgrounds in personal development, helping them cultivate confidence, intimacy, connection, compassion, and leadership. As a 200 RYT certified yoga instructor and an alumna of the American Musical Dramatic Academy (AMDA), where she studied Dance Theater in New York and Los Angeles, De’yanna draws from her cultural heritage and ancestral roots to inspire her work. She is committed to providing mothers and families with healthy, holistic experiences that foster growth and healing.
